A project for The Broad Exchange - a national professional women's networking group based in NYC.

My brief was to develop and execute a concept that captured and visualized the inner power of an individual in a portrait. The concept was created and executed as a photo studio for The Broad Exchange's 'I RESOLVE' event where attendees participated in an in-depth workshop to help them identify something they could resolve to do to create a positive impact in their personal environment, and served to capture and demonstrate the amplification of each subject's intentions. The photo treatment I created centered on this idea of mixing the ethereal with the real. The idea was to capture the energy of each attendee's RESOLVE with the intention of presenting a person in the most flattering natural light but surround them with a visualization of the actual energy that they were putting out into the world as a result of their resolve. The technical challenge was photographing fifty subjects, retouching and offering prints in real time in under 2 hours.
